Implement tokenomics for $MAIN

As a platform (MW), I want to provide 10 credits to all users in the app to either post or react to posts. Also credits cannot be redeemed. Only spent by posting or giving.

As a poster, I use one of my credits to post a story (which burns my credit)

As a liker, I want to use one of my credits to give to the poster (gives 1 $1MAIN to poster)

As a poster that receives likes, I receive $MAIN that I can redeem in my on-chain World wallet so that I can turn into $$$.
